Loved how modern the property was and its outstandingly accommodating staff at check in. We ate in the lovely restaurant with a large choice of delicious meals which was decently priced. - the room had a clean bathroom and storage along with a coffee machine. - Marvellous and beautiful location - a short walk to everywhere we needed.

You guys made my stay very good. It was a well-appointed and extremely comfy hotel in a fantastic area, just next door to takeaway places close to by and all the bars. My a nice size and brand-new room came with toiletries, big bathroom plus nice views. Property's staff were very professional. Central location was a plus. I ate at the tapas restaurant near the hotel. The pool was clean and I had hot drinks in the outdoor bar.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were unprofessional.

We didn't have time, so that's why we would return anytime. It was in a peaceful location with very friendly professional and especially helpful staff. Easy access to Perth airport, which was about 20 minutes' drive away.

The Swan River Hotel is a nicely appointed and extremely convenient place. They offer good food for a complimentary full breakfast. It is in a quiet location next to a restaurant with a good range of well-priced meals. the rooms are huge, and they have a decently priced outdoor bar. It is the hotel of choice in Perth.

The staff were superfriendly and the setting was marvellous. Distance to the airport was just 15 km. The restaurant was GOOD for all meals here, I had amazing dishes.

The staff team was attentive. The deluxe king room was reasonably priced and brand-new. The hotel was in a very central location. It was a short walk to Optus Stadium, the airport, Perth city, and the Swan River. The Swan River offered a beautiful walk, perfect for bird watchers.

The staff at check-in were pleasant and appreciative. the beds were big and comfortable, resulting in a good night's sleep. - the full cooked breakfast was fantastic; it's a definite reason to return.
